system which enables the entry of black money into the business 

I heard of hawala transactions some where it means converting black money into white money.

But how? Please explain briefly. If possible give example.

I also dont know much about this, but i can say that the black money will be sent to certain persons who is there only for this purpose and they will send this money to abroad and from there amount will come as donations etc., .

Finally commision will be given to those persons who involve in this
