As per my experience it will be declared early in the morning between 6-9 a.m.
As once this is done by I.C.A.I

PCC results will b at 11 am,,,
n IPCC result will b declared at 1 pm...
dats just a guess...

100% delay hoga........
PCC walo ko to latkane ki aadat pad gyi hai institute ko...........
i think it will be around 12-2 P.M.
