Kindly help me Cancellation of my GST REGISTRATION.

First go to tab 'Notices and Orders' and check if any notice is available. As per your information I think already department has issued some notice with respect to cancellation of your registration. Read that notice properly and provide reply to department.

It seems that Department has already issued you a Notice related to Cancellation of your Registration. So firstly you have to reply against that Notice accordingly then you will be able to initiate proceedings of Cancellation of Registration.

You can check the Notice on your common portal by going to "View Notices and Orders" tab situated at the dashboard.

Further, reply of the same is also required to be file through online mode.

Yes show cause notice issued from tax officials, Dec 2018,

Then the period to file Reply against SCN has also been lapsed. Reply against SCN is required to be filled within 7 days from the date of issue of Notice. They might have also passed an Order in this case as you haven't filed any Reply against the SCN.
