Please suggest me which edition book should i buy for the best reference book of ipcc?

ACCOUNTS - PC TULSIAN

COST ACCOUNTING & FM - PADHUKA

If ur exams are in Nov. Then u should go for 5th edition of P.C. Tulsian and 7th edition revised of Padhuka.........my attempt is in Nov. 2012, and i bought these editions in Jan.........see when u go to buy the books just tell the book-seller to give you latest edition and u can see the same behind the front cover page on the first page.
