BRICK MANUFACTURING UNITS( BHATTAS) ARE LIABLE TO OBTAIN VAT REGISTRATION IN THEIR RESPECTIVE STATES....DUE TO CLUBBING OF EXCISE , VAT AND SERVICE TAX IN SINGLE GST Act..now the brick kiln owners are supposed to get themselves registered under GST Act. Kindly contact ur respective accountants to get registered.

Ones who were registered under VAT earlier, started to get migrate from 16 dec 2106 onwards... join d movement and be a part.

but i want know it sales is exempted or taxable under GST or raj Vat.

and it also lible to pay excise duty or not in present excise act.

Right now just get urself registered under GST, pay taxes as earlier till the GST Act come into effect.
