Bina roye hasi ka maza kaise milega
Wo jo b karta hai wo hi janta hai
Agar hum jaan gaye to use KHUDA kaun khega.

Agreed.

Those things are valuable which are not easily available. The moment one easily available thing becomes difficult; we are ready to pay anything for that in many cases.

We easily waste water at our home but when we pay Rs.12/- or 15/- per litre for that at outside; hardly we waste any drop of it.

I also experienced that those CAs are more successful in their profession later on who passed it with too many difficulties because -
