is manual filing is also required before 2.1.2012
as per new circular no43/44-31.12.2011 ( not clear)

No if you have got acknowledgement that is sufficient
The actual due date is on the 30th of december.. As per rule 90 days after tax audit.. And only the online acknowledgement is enough..
