when I purchase from one composition availed dealer. How must I pay tax. Is it must to pay tax for taxable goods?

no need to pay tax to a composition supplier, he also not liable to collect any tax.

Bcoz, You can sell your goods to your customers requirement... That's all...

It is my own rights to sell goods to customers. Must I collect tax from customers and pay tax to govt?

Yes... You must collect Tax on the sales to customers if you are registered regular dealer....
