16 March 2019A domestic company formed a JV with an individual and a works contract awarded to them in JV name.
My questions as follows:-
1.what is the status of JV - AOP or Partnership? If it is partnership then,the registration of firm to be done as like normal partnership firm?
2.Is separate PAN,TAN,GST reg. required.?

for example the joint venture is for the business of steel manufacturing and trading.so here how it is to be registered under income tax and gst.(if one party is is a company)
