We are in e-commerce indusrtry where online site like home shop18 and others that we have pack all the orders for courier for this we purchase the packing material other vendure's. They raised a retial invoice for us with 5% tax should we take a tax invoice from them to get input tax credit or not if yes then how please help me wainting for reply.

Since the packing materials purchased by you is used for packing sold goods and not for trading, you cannot treat it as purchase and hence cannot claim the input. You need to treat is as direct expenses. Originally posted by : Amit Kumar |
