One day some managers were asked to measure the height of a pole.The managers planned,decided to execute the plan and all stuff that managers do.Work was divided.One had to get a ladder,one had to get a measuring tape,one had to hold the ladder and one had to measure.They were failing in their mission.As the one who had to measure kept falling.Then an engineer came.He pulled the pole out of the ground,laid it flat and measured it.He gave the managers the exact measures.The managers said"what a stupid engineer,he was to measure the height but he measured the length" MORAL:Management can never be satisfied with what you do and how much you work.
