Hey friends, I have a query. Whether the subject matter of Joint venture is only movable property.......if yes, then why do joint venture for construction of buildings, dams bridges etc. are formed??????

joint venture is a temparary partnership formed for some specific purpose
if you know joint venture can be do for a construction of buildings, dams bridges etc.
Then why you thing that it is only for moveable property

Ya i know it but i have read in a book(P C Tulsian) that subject matter of joint venture must be movable property......so bit confused???????
