I and my mother have taken a home loan for a house property.
I have no house in my name.
but my mother has a house in her name.
if so can i claim deduction under 80EE??

Yes, you can claim deduction u/s 80EE subject to satisfaction of other prescribed conditions of 80EE for eligibility.
