Yes you can relocate to Dubai. Register yourself with all the job related web portal.
But one thing is once you come to any gulf countries, whatever your experience that will not be considered if you go back to India.
Bear that thing in mind.
Rest you will get good pay based on your performance, tax free slow and peaceful life.
