The job work may be covered under business auxiliary services. The process amounting to manufacture is not covered under CE. Further the exemption is available for JW done for manufacturers under central excise under Not.8/2005. All this is above a exemption limit of 10 lakhs.

we (oil miller) are doing job work for a ginning unit.
the unit provide us cotton seeds.we crush it & return the ginning unit oil & cotton seeds cake(sarki pend)
is service tax applicable for us
