different opinions are getting please give guidelines according to act and rule
you can send material for the job work to a unregistered person provided material returns back after job work within 12 months for input and 3 years for capital goods from date of sensing these items .
otherwise such transfer of goods will be treated as supply of goods on date of transfer and will be liable to pay tax on it with interest and penalty
