Job work permission to jobworker A C office

Dear Sir,


We are doing job work under notification 214/86 and our raw material supplier sending raw material to our factory and we are processing semi finished goods to parent manufacturer and they are using our semi finished goods and after manufacture they are exporting.

But the raw materil supplier ( parent manufacturer) has not sent job work undertaking letter to our (job worker) juristictional Assit Commissiioner office .

Whether non filing of job work intimation letter to job worker AC office will attract duty liability by job worker or not and our range supdt. demanding duty for non filing of job work letter.
