I am a manufacturer registered under central excise, i want to send some material to the manufacturer who is not registered under excise nor service tax.

Sir,
You are manufacturer and registered in Central Excise Dept. and want to sand Exciseable material in non exciable premises in this regard you have to make the Exciseable Challan under Rule 4(5) a with for non exciable premises and also make the a declaration regarding non exciable premises or extra challan regarding said material for you convenient.
