Job on Leather is 18% in GST but now this time it is change into 5% on Leather Job

So Please any one tell me that really it is change with new rate.......??? if anyone have to any notification plz provide me

I think here about Garments industry job come down 18% to 5% .
what are the jobs work coming this under check one.
