I hv query with regards to job work:
1. if a job worker returns the goods to principal after completing the work with in say 4 mnths do he need to charge GST?
2. if not what do I treat this supply? exempt o tax free?
1.Yes GST shall be charged by the job worker.
2. if u not received back the goods within the stipulated time then you have to pay GST, date shall be the date of goods removal.
