Job offer confusion

i qualified as a chartered accountant in may 2015 and while looking for a job i got an offer frm KPMG Global delivery centre pvt ltd . in cochi in US audits. now i have no idea wht kinda work i will have to do. or how good or bad is the offer. is there any growth. pl suggest
