This is 100% correct that TCS lure not only freshers and humiliate them but they are now luring experienced CA personnel also in experienced CA's Campus interviews.
My experience with TCS :-
1) I was attending the ICAI Campus interview for experienced CA's at Kolkata on Jan 2011 where TCS was also one of the recruiters. First of all they shortlisted every one without knowing their credentials. To add some fun, they had shortlisted the participitants who were still working with TCS and applied for ICAI campus.
The result was that everybody was shortlisted by TCS and was present on the day of TCS interview. Shockingly TCS HR told ICAI personnel that interview could not be conducted as some TCS HR personnel were having some work. Then We , the TCS shortlisted candidates pressurised too much on ICAI people to conduct the interview or reimburse the Airfare to us.
Our pressure on ICAI works and anyhow TCS ready for conducting interview. It was like MACHI MARKET and they were humiliating CA's like a hell. The conducting TCS HR was totally inexperienced and was asking silly questions.
CA's were waiting for only one reason that ICAI had taken deposit of Rs.5000 and CA's were to compulsorily attend the TCS interview to claim the refund of deposit otherwise 90% CA's would have left. No body was in a mood to give TCS interview. Anyhow they selected one of my friend at meagre salary. Now my friend has recd the offer letter and they have offered the position of ASSITANT ENGINEER TO A CA. HOW SILLY YOU CAN THINK OF TCS.
2) One of my friend selected in a Campus interview at TCS in July 2010. They have tortured her like anything. First torturing in giving offer letter. Then calling for training without telling actual place of posting. It was for a month training and decided transfer was delhi. One very fine day before completion of one month, notice came from TCS that you have to shift to Kolkata and vacant the room. Anyhow she did but more torturing continues to her................
3) I met CA's at campus who working with TCS and want to left TCS as soon as possible.
This is my personal opinion and experience and it may vary with other persol.
