job after clearing exams

Hi Deepa,

In my opinion nowadays number of attempts do not count that much, because many of the companies hire on the basis of experience, based on ur skills and communication skills.

The qualification becomes important for a fresher for entry level.

But at the same time some organisation or the top ca firms allways prefer giving job to candidates having their name in merit list or clearing the exams in maximum one or two attempts.
