I have qualified Ca in Nov 15,with multiple attempts. A startup Co. is offering a job & they said job profile would be finance controller & CTC 5L. I am very much confused about job profile & the Co. Please advice what i should do,whether it is good to start career with it,or should wait for other opportunities

Some job is better than no job. I would say 5L is a fairly good package. Also Banglore is a city where you will come across numerous oppertuinities to apply further.
But you need to be careful about your safety and work environment of the organisation. Startups are not exactly known for best environments.
Do your research properly and if it suits you, I would say its not a bad oppertuinity at all.

Dont go to there. My friends left theri job coz its costly city. There will be no savings and profile is also not good. Dont worry i can understand your feelings coz i the cleared in Nov 2015. Why you should not join CA Firm ??

U better work in another established company for 2 years and later join any start up, that way you will be safe

i would say go for it because you need a career experience once you get into industry you"ll get the actual exposure and even in few years may be 2-5 you would discover have ample of opportunities to grab from.
