If I give my CA final exam 1 group at a time will it affect my job prospects. ?

I do not think so. For good job and successful knowledge all you need to membership of ICAI, good knowledge of your core area along with right working and learning attitude.
So just be confident about what you are doing and keep moving. Give your 100%.

My opinion
Kindly pass CA final.
For employment ACA with ACS is very good maching.So after CA try to become CS.
If for practice CA is enough.
Collect fresh study material & PM supported by one Text book as you like it along with RTP,suggested/guigeline answers including one scanner.
Study well.Please develop a tension free mind.
