Actually we are a trader. we bought 2 JCB Vehicles in Dec'21
and gave hiring to a Manufacturer. Till now we didn't give invoces
1)can I raise invoices in this month of July for the period of Dec'21 to June'22 dated in July.
2) Can I raise a single invoice for the above period in July'22
is there any Tax issues. please guide me

Yes, we are registered. we are doing Coal, Iron& Steel

In December 21before starting hiring business, You have to add your new business in GST registration, and as per rules you have to issue Tax invoice with in 30 days from date of taxable service provided. Consult with your CA or near by you.

You can raise a single invoice now , also you can add invoice of earlier month in current month
