Remove Java from your computer and install older version of Java and do not update it.

Please use the Java version 8.51 from the link https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/java-archive-javase8-2177648.H T M L#jre-8u51-oth-JPR The forms that are there on the site is made for this version, if you update to the later version, you get such error messages. Uninstall the current ersion in your system, restart the system, download and install the 8.51 version.

This is because a new version of JAVA has been introduced. As you have upgraded yourself and the forms are running on alower version, the problem will happen.
Wait till the IT department upgrades itself
