January months Input credit missing

I have some january month input credit shows in GSTR 2A but not taken in books of account and i filed my Income tax return.

1.Can i take credit in September gstr 3b or not
2. Where to show jan. Missing invoices in books of accounts

Yes take the credit in September 3B. And then show the same in annual return.

But how to show in books. F. Y. 2017 - 18 IT return is filed
