the State of Jammu and Kashmir has been accorded special status under Article 370. Even though included in 1st Schedule as 15th state, all the provisions of the Constitution which are applicable to other states are not applicable to J&K.
Finance Act 1994 does not apply...

Mr Singh & Mr.Santosh Sharma, this Govt is not ready to amend constitution and to delete Article 370 which gives special status to this state.
Why should it not be treated like any other state if lot of money is being spent on it..?
Why can't people from any other state buy property in this state.?
It is acting like an independent country and only taking monetary help from India.

Ms. Ankita, where this goverment has time to think about this long pending issue. They are quite busy to looting the resources of this country or making the fool of the fellow citizens.
