Here in rajkot one of my friend pasing first group of IPCC In recent attempt. His ITT training is pending. Here in branch they are not able to confirm date of training. So now he may apply for 102 and 103 as he already join Articleship.

Bhargav,itt is compulsory for joining articleship and u can suggest ur frnd to join any other nearest icai branch for itt so dat it does not create any problem for him in registering for articleship.
