is the itt registration offline in mumbai or it is only online

Its online. Currently the system is down so yo cant register. Try after someday.
after registering online you'll hav to submit DD along wid acknowledgement to icai office(bkc)

Ok thanks for the info. But I was confused because some of my friends told that it was offline
