my cousin brother had apply for pan card and had alloted a pan number accordingly....his jurisdiction is in delhi ward 35(3) but he lives at palwal(haryana) ....while filing his 49A HE had write salary & tution income as his income......so want to ask why he had his jurisdiction fall in delhi .....salry income is from delhi firm...

Dear Shushant,

A salary employee has option to choose his jurisdiction -

1) Based on his residential address

2) Based on his employer's jurisdiction.

Since his employer is located in delhi that's why Department placed him in Delhi but if now he wants to file his return based on his residential address then also it is not an issue and he can do that.....

than by which address he will file his return whether of palwal or his employer address

Dear Shushant,

I told you its the option of the assesee but better is to go with the one mentioned in Department's record otherwise the processing wil take time in terms of transfer of files and all.....

but amir bhai while filing his form 49A he had mention his residental address of palwal but in office address he had mention his employer address of delhi .......pan card had sent on his residental address so ewant to ask while filing return he will mention address of delhi or palwal while his submit of return to ITO WARD DEL 35(3)

Dear Sushant,

it is upto the employee, which address he wants to show in retuen of income. there will be no problem in that.

Import and Procurement of Goods by Developer:

;

The Developer shall make an application, for its authorized operation to the Development Commissioner along with the list of goods and services, for approval by the Approval Committee.

The Developer shall declare the place of storage of goods within the Special Economic Zone to the Joint/Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of the customs having jurisdiction over the sez.

The goods so imported be kept in a clearly demarcated area for inspection before brought into use.

The Developer shall execute a Bond-cum-Legal Undertaking in Form D, jointly with the Development Commissioner and Specified Officer

The Developer shall maintain a proper account of the import or procurement, consumption and utilization of goods and submit quarterly and half-yearly returns to the Development Commissioner in Form E for placing the same before the Approval Committee for consideration.

The Developer shall not remove goods from the Special Economic Zone to the Domestic Tariff Area except with the permission of the Specified Officer and on payment of duty applicable on such goods.

Dear Shushant

Form 49A is for PAN or Alteration in PAN Number.

Firstly, Their is no need to file this form if you change your add. because PAN Card does not carry Address of the Assesse.

If you wanna intimate Income Tax Govt. then only file an application to Delhi income tax department (intimating for) change of the present address and jurisdiction and get receiving. thats it.

Now Assesse should file his/her ITR at on Present Address because its easy to get any intimation/letter from IT Dept. might be person leave his/her current job so he/she won't be able to get that letter/intimation.

So file return in Palwal only.

he has to file correction form of PAN to NSDL for change of address if he want change of jurisdiction

accd to me,

your residential ward will not accept because your previous return is in delhi. please change ward by writing confirming letter from delhi and submitt to your residential ward & then file the return.

Do take step for transfer of file first otherwise u will face problem.

Sushant Mention the Present address of Employee, It dosent make any diff if u give residential address or Office Address. So, Give the address in which the assessee wants to get his refund fromIT Deptt.

you can apply for correction form for pan. and in this you can change the address proof and after then his address of haryana can be altered in the record of Income tax.
