It looks that there must be some problem in PAN of the firm. If you have applied for PAN of firm till March 2009, you must have got that till now.
IT Reurn of the business, can be filled with PAN of Proprietor, for that period till it was proprietorship firm.
Audit Report is not required to be attached with the return. It has to be submitted when Department asks for it. The only requirement is that the accounts must be audited till 30th Sept. ie date of audit report should be 30th Sept or earlier date.
