Dear all,
While filing tds return wrong TAN was quoted due to a small mistake. Now will the said return be first cancelled or a coorection statement with correct TAN be filed. Plz help. the wrong TAN is of another organisation.

Yeah u need to cancel the statement and file the return afresh as TAN correction is not allowed w.e.f 1/7/2013
