pls help me out ....

I had submitted form no. 107 to the institute but erroneously i had mentioned wrong a/c no. of my parents instead of mine. Now pls help me and tell that what will be the procedure for correction, if any, needed thereon.

Pls its urgent......

Refill the form again with a letter of rectification of error to the institute. This should work.

Yes it is necessary to refill the form as it may create problem in the future. Do not take risk and do the needful in time.
