Please help me, i have file annual return (20B) of a Private Limited company with financial year ended on 30/09/2011 instead of 31/03/2011.. now wat shud i do ?????? can this mistake can be corrected , if yes den please give me solution.

Dont worry.
Jst file correct form 20B again.
And attach annual return and a letter attached stating that form 20B filed earlier vide srn no. ____dtd.____should not be taken into effect.
Thats it. Contact ROC and tell them this correction and if they say, deposit the corrected form 20B with a covering letter stating the facts, in hard copy to ROC.

Hi Piyushi,
Yes. You need to file the corrected form 20B with separate fees. The document on the MCA portal will be shown as Form 20B Revised once you file the form and inspect the public documents.
Wen uploading, prescrutiny will say "Form already filed. Do you want to continue with prescrutiny.." Click Yes and file the corrected form 20B.

Hi piyushi
If the delay is 60 days or less, the additional fee will be 4 times the normal fee.
If the delay is more than 60 days, the additional fee will be 6 times the normal fee.
