Its urgent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not able to log in in icsi.edu portal for fill up exam for but i can access my account on icsi.in easily. when i click on recover password then message shown " password has been sent to ur registered email id" but i have not yet received. plz frns help me to access ma a/c on icsi portal to fill exam form???????????????
