Here is what I found when browsing through Regulation 39(2) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988:-


 


"The Council may, in its discretion, revise the marks obtained by all candidates or a section of candidates in any particular paper or papers or in the aggregate in such manner as may be considered necessary, for maintaining the standards of pass percentage provided in these Regulations.


 


Explanation—The term "section" used in this sub-regulation refers to the category of the candidates whose answer papers are valued by an examiner and such other category of candidates as may be specified by the Council."

If its true thn v should do smthng for those who are suffered bcz of this.....

in my opinion we should sent our veiws to institute......i am not in favour in doing this........one of my brother has already suffered nd somehow i feel mzy be bcz of this......... 

yes its true. even i checked it. but do u seriously think anythn can b done abt it? we speak, we become determined to bring on a change, we focus...and ultimately we forget the issues and accept them by-default.
