Itr v became invalid due to forget to e verify and not itr v copy not send to vpc bangalore..
what can be done now??

in that case, you would be required to file the ITR again as belated return because your original one is treated as invalid. or you may file an application for condonation of delay before the concerned Pr. CIT u/s 119 of the Act. You may file this application by your e-filing portal or you can just write an application to the concerned pr. CIT

Yes, only for AY 2017-18 & AY 2018-19, only till 31.03.2019.
