If some forgote to send itr copy at banglore for fy15-16 (refund case copy send march 18 but rejected due delay in sending copy ) what will be the process to get refund

no it won't be processed as you should have sent within 120 days from the date of filing
u can file condonation request by selecting appropriate reason.It can be filed within 6 years of endungy of Assement year on ur ITR filing portal
