One of the Clients ITR is filed and e-verified. E-verified status is appearing in ITefiling portal/site. However, when I try to download the ITRV- Ack, either I am either automatically logged out or ITRV - Ack, doesn't get downloaded at all! What could be the reason? How can I download e-verified ITRV - Acknowledgement? Need help please.

Thank you. Successfully e-verified status appears in IT Portal ever since 30/08/2019 the day I e-verified. But not able to download ITRV Ack, its still a mystery!
Many other parties I am able to download but not able to down load one party's ITRV Sir. It's still a mystery for me.
Tried from different computer and different browser as well. ITR form also can not be downloaded.
