In a case where regular books of accounts of business or profession are not maintained, there is no need to refer the information realted to fixed Assets..
Only furnish the following
1 Amount of Total Sundry Debtors
2 Amount of Total Sundry Creditors
3 Amount of Total Stock in trade
4 Amount of Total Cash balance

Mansi is right. You have to just write the estimated amount of Debtors,Creditors, Cash in Business and Estimated Stock value. Write them in ITR-4 and thts all.
