Hello Everyone
For an individual proprietor I assume we need to use ITR4 for filing.
If so there are not provisions for 80C and 80D in ITR4 ?
Please help.

It is not necessary to file ITR 4. You also have the option to declare income on presumptive basis and go for form 4S, i.e., SUGAM. There are several benefits of choosing the later option such as non requirement of maintainance of books of accounts, cash payments in excess of 20,000 allowed etc.
