ITR3 clarification
Sir I am an Accountant and some of my parties having sources of income from retail and wholesale trading and from Agriculture.Sir I want to know that can I filed the ITR 3 and cliam the presumption under section 44AD profit shown more than 8% on trading business without preparing the books of accounts profit and loss account Balance sheet capital account and trading account etc. Thanks.
