can Itr filled without aadhar card linking with pan and there is no possibility to make aadhar card of that person

Other than NRI, Senior citizen or citizen of Assam, Meghalaya & J&K.......... all the resident individuals are mandatorily required to link Aadhar with PAN, without which ITR filing is not possible........

But in case of aadhar card is applied , return can be filed by mentioned 28 digits of application slip in ITR and when aadhar card is generated, same can be linked with PAN.
