I had income of 1,73,000 in Fiscal Year 2010-2011, was I required to file ITR for this Fiscal Year and now this entire amount of money will be considered Black Money?

0 tax for income upto 160000/-. and 10% from 160000 to 500000/- was 10%. you should have file return. but dont worry. it now have been 7 years. considering you are individual .just relax. and not at all money will not be considered as black.
