CAN ITR V be sent to banglore via SPEED POST for A.Y.2010-11
or we need to sent it compulsorily by ORDINARY POST.

I think you need to send it through ordinary post only and speed post does not work for post Box no. as in the case CPC centre bangalre. The post office donot accept the packets for speed post if the address is on a Post Box No.
