Hi friends,
I did e filing for A/Y 13-14 but couldn't send the ITR V in 120 days. I guess thats why ITR V is rejected .
Should i file belated return or any other step sholuld be taken.
Please advise.

if you don't file efilling without digital signature, than SIGNED ITRV sending to bangalore is required.
first u shoud ckeck online my return status, whether return was rejected, if not, than send signed itrv to bangalore
if rejectged , than file again
