Itr v receipt
Hello everyone.
Am akash, i filed a return of income for AY 2016-17 with a refund of Rs 30k. Return was filed on after due date that is on 02-12-2016. But i sent to cpc on 30.03.2017 through ordinary post, but still the courier is not reached to cpc. I got a mess from cpc with regard to non-receipt of ITR V. Can i send the ack now after 120 days are over. Kindly suggest me the way.

You can sent ITR V even after 120 days. CPC processes the same. you have sen tby ordinary or speed post. Alternatively you can go for e-Verification
but e verify is not available for refund cases right sir?
