Hai,
If acknowledgment is submitted late then that date will be considered as a filing date.....

Dear Pushparaj
Non receipt of e filing acknowledment at CPC Bangalore within the allowed time is consider that you have not filled the return and require to file it again. However you should take chance of sending it now and wait for reply from CPC banglore. Some has face problem while filling the return again that the site has not updated and the return filled shows as revised return.

My advice is to just visit to your Income tax ward and ask for remedy, as they dont treat delayed acknowledgement is filed return so how to revise if you have not filed, if you send again the acknowledgement they will say it is late. so better ask from the Income TAx Office Directly.
even i m facing this problem

DEAR PUSHPARAJ,
AS PER THE CIRCULAR ISSUED BY THE IT DEPARTMENT, ITR V SHOULD BE FILED WITHIN 60 DAYS. IF IT IS FILED AFTER 60 DAYS, THE RETURN UPLOADED BY YOU WILL BE TREATED AS INVALID. IN THAT CASE YOU SHOULD UPLOAD THE RETURN ONCE AGAIN AND IT WILL ASK FOR THE OPTION OF REVISED RETURN. FILL THE DETAILS OF ORIGINAL RETURN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NO AND DATE OF FILING AND UPLOAD. THEN SEND SIGNED COPIES OF BOTH ORIGINAL AND REVISED ITR V TO CPC, BANGALORE, IN A SAME ENVELOPE. AS THERE IS NO OTHER CLARIFICATION IN THIS REGARD, I HOPE THIS WILL BE THE BEST OPTION.
